Dawn arrives in quiet fire

Kept promise unmaking

Before felled forever

And after ever more

I heard once, or dreamed, all the same

That a forest survives by the dying of its tress

Born anew anew again

Strange to see the days

painted on the sky

Beginning again, as it ended

In fire
